Total Failure

Had this for two months now and we still like the Sensor Cook and Re-heat feature. The turntable is nice and the microwave is extremely roomy inside. We really like the sensor cooking feature. Overall, I'm pleased with it. Amazing service! The user-interface is easy to use and the reliability, so far, has been good. This is quite possibly the best microwave I have ever owned.

The price of this oven went up $11 the day after I bought it! Now, maybe in the next 6 months, I might be in for a rude awakening, but for now, no complaints.

This unit is easy to use and easy on the eyes.

I'd recommend using a combination of 70-80% power and one minute or so of cooking to reheat refrigerated foods. It is still working fine but wanted to note that this microwave KILLS my wireless internet connection every single time it is used!

And I have other Panasonic brands (plasma TV, digital camera) that have performed well. Bought it for the office and everyone loves using it to heat their lunch. In fact, I have looked around in stores, trying to see if anyone still sells them because I definitely want to purchase this same model again. Lots of room. But everything has worked well until yesterday.

It was very quick delivery and happy with the seller. If you've got the room, buy this one! The rest is great!

Things are still slightly cold in the center if you're defrosting something large, but it heats much more evenly than any other microwave I've seen. The sensor reheat function is awesome. Lots of room inside and does not take over the cabinet. We're talking almost the stone age in microwaves.

Love the reheat and defrost features especially. It was a really excellent product before dead, easy to use, generous space and fast cooking. Really hope it could last longer.
