The reason is that it has been observed that employees often experience difficulties in transitioning into new management roles, when they are newly promote. Giving advice to new managers on influencing people over whom they had no authority in the past is among the roles of management speakers. How they can lead others while still taking the viewpoints of subordinates into consideration.
