Has an actress Halle Berry had a nose job? Has pretty Jennifer Aniston had rhinoplasty? What about Angelina Jolie's nose surgery? All these could easily be headlines on the internet and in magazine tabloids focusing on celebrities and their lives.

Celebrities' nose jobs are most commonly noticed as noses are very prominent features on one's face, and can often dictate facial expressions. For celebrities that are in movie industry or entertainment can rarely hide their cosmetic nose surgeries. Those unwilling to admit having done it can always say they had septoplasty, which can slightly change the appearance of one's nose.

However, when celebrities show up with obviously changed noses like narrower nose, shorter nose, which is now more elegant or with narrower and subtler nose tip, one needs to be realistic. Septoplasty leaves hardly noticeable traces, while rhinoplasty leaves more concrete nose refinements.

Celebrities unhappy with their noses could benefit from rhinoplasty if they choose an adequate cosmetic surgeon who is skilled and experienced at nose jobs. Rhinoplasty should aim at achieving noses that look natural and that fit the patient's facial expression and character, while bringing refinement and removing the aesthetic problem - bump on the nose bridge or too wide nostrils.

Achieving a subtler, natural looking change of one's nose is of huge importance for celebrities who are constantly in front of cameras. No one wants to achieve a ridiculous looking nose or the infamous 'operated' look after a bad rhinoplasty.

Improved nose appearance brings improved facial expression for celebrities. Therefore, celebrities can look forward to the improvement of their careers. It is no wonder so many of them are alleged to have had nose jobs. Handsome actor Matt Dillon, beautiful singer Beyonc and young actor Ashton Kutcher have all been related to rhinoplasty in the magazines and one the internet. You can also often find their photos that should expose differences before and after nose surgery they had done.

Just a thought that crosses my mind speaking of celebrity rhinoplasty - are celebrities aware of the impact they have on their fans and people who look up to them? Do their fans that have the same or similar nose issue become encouraged to undergo rhinoplasty? I'd say, yes... most likely they do!

Therefore, a perfect celebrity candidate for a nose job is the one that has realistic expectations, the one that is looking for an improvement and refinement, rather than radical change.
